Jack Emsley

Jack was the inaugural Editor of The 1828 Journal. He studied Politics between 2015 and 2018 and was the Vice President of the King’s College Conservative Association. He now works in London as a public relations specialist with clean energy companies.

Max Glynn

Max was the second Editor of The 1828 Journal. He studied Ancient History from 2017 to 2020. He briefly resumed his position in 2020 before resigning over differences of opinion with the President.

Keval was the third Editor of The 1828 Journal. He studied History from 2018 to 2021

Guto Tegid

Guto was the fourth Editor of The 1828 Journal. He studied Politics, Philosophy and Law from 2019 to 2022. In addition to this he was the first elected Editor of the Journal, following constitutional changes to the KCL Conservative Association.

Charles Amos

Charles was the fifth Editor of The 1828 Journal, and investigated the change of name to The Strand Review. He was elected on a mandate to change the name to The 1846 Journal, but upon further discussion with the President it was decided this name would be suboptimum. As such three options were put to the members (The 1846 Journal, The Right Journal and The Strand Review), with The Strand Review winning 69% of the vote. He studied Political Economy from 2019 to 2022.
